Now that a new year is almost here, it's time to think about goals for 2008. Physically, my goal is to lose 50 pounds during the year. That's about a pound a week. That would put me at about 170 pounds. I should probably be a little lower than that for my ideal weight, like around 155 or 160, but 170 is a good goal. I have other goals to write down too, but I need to think about them a little more first.
